Our Story

Oak Creek Vineyards and its 11 acres are located at 1555 N Page Springs Road 11 miles northeast from Sedona. We're 500 ft from Oak Creek, one of the few natural year-round bodies of water in Arizona.


At 3,400 ft elevation, the vineyard sits in the shadows of House Mountain, providing mostly volcanic soil with some loam and gravel. Established in 2002, the winery produces close to 3,000 cases annually of both white and red wines local to Arizona.

At Oak Creek Vineyards and Winery, we believe that sharing wine is just as important as the quality itself. We create wines we love to drink and enjoy them on the patio, just as we would with family. Our wines are crafted to be bright, balancing the tannins and alcohol that can often challenge warm climate winemaking. The result is a wine that’s both pleasing to the palate and versatile—perfect for a warm day on the patio or paired with a hearty steak dinner.

Nathalie & Gary Carruthers

On February, 24th 2020, Nathalie & Gary Carruthers took ownership of Oak Creek Vineyards and Winery. They developed their love for small, local, family-owned wineries in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Paso Robles, and Sonoma County while living in California and wanted to create that same experience after relocating to Arizona. Their dreams evolved through the appreciation of these passionate craftspeople and manifested into the purchase and growth of Oak Creek Vineyards.


Two-years later, they are proud of the connections made in the Arizona Wine community. By joining a group of passionate innovators and craftspeople growing grapes in a challenging and surprising place has challenged them to develop a wine program that represents the uniqueness of Arizona wine making. Nathalie & Gary enjoy their new lives in the Verde Valley. They have expanded their family with furry friends of the feline and canine varieties and have added egg laying hens to their vineyard home.

Bryn Wilson

Bryn Wilson brings an extraordinary level of passion, experience, and craftsmanship to Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery as the winery’s newest winemaker. A graduate of the world renowned University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Enology, Bryn has spent more than a decade immersed in every aspect of winemaking, vineyard management, wine chemistry, sensory evaluation, harvest operations, blending, bottling, and hospitality. Her journey through some of California’s most respected wineries including Mumm Napa, Benziger Family Winery, Thornton Winery, Martinelli Winery, Delicato Family Vineyards, Saintsbury Winery, and most recently Burtech Family Vineyard has shaped a winemaker whose knowledge is matched only by her dedication to the craft.

From sparkling wine production and laboratory analysis to estate vineyard operations and creating unforgettable tasting experiences, Bryn’s extensive hands on experience reflects a true love for wine and the people who enjoy it. Her passion for hospitality, education, and thoughtful winemaking perfectly aligns with the heart of Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery. Guests can look forward to wines crafted with intention, creativity, and genuine care as Bryn pours her experience, artistry, and love for winemaking into every bottle shared from beautiful Cornville, Arizona.

Kaine Huffstutter

Kaine, was born in Germany and spent most of his upbringing in Texas. His passion for wine began in 2024 after relocating to Arizona, where he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the industry. He enjoys every part of the process, from the soil that nurtures the grapes to the craftsmanship behind each bottle, the stories they tell, and the connections formed with people along the way.

Tiffany McKenzie

Tiffany McKenzie brings an exceptional blend of creativity, leadership, and culinary artistry to Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery as the winery’s newest culinary talent. With years of experience leading kitchens throughout Sedona’s renowned dining scene, Tiffany has built an impressive reputation for crafting memorable culinary experiences rooted in quality, hospitality, and innovation. Her journey includes leadership roles at acclaimed destinations including L’Auberge de Sedona, Amara Resort and Spa, Dahl Restaurant Group’s Mariposa Latin Grill, and Big Park Bakery, where she has overseen menu development, production operations, food costing, team leadership, inventory management, and elevated dining experiences across both casual and fine dining environments.
Known for her passion for thoughtful cuisine and her dedication to creating dishes that bring people together, Tiffany’s culinary style is driven by both heart and experience. From designing new menus and refining signature dishes to leading high performing culinary teams, her extensive background reflects a true love for hospitality and the art of food. Guests at Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery can look forward to an exciting new culinary chapter where Tiffany’s creativity, warmth, and passion will be poured into every plate, perfectly paired with the winery’s Arizona made wines and unforgettable vineyard experience in beautiful Cornville, Arizona.
