Oak Creek’s white wines reflect the region’s sunshine and soil in every sip, offering crisp acidity, vibrant aromatics, and unique varietal character.

Classic Whites

The Artist
With aromas of orange blossom and white peach, this wine flows into flavors of honeysuckle, lime, and lemon curd. The long finish lingers with peach and apricot, making it a favorite on warm afternoons.

Arizona Lady White
A beautifully layered blend of Viognier and Grenache Blanc, this wine offers honeysuckle and lemon meringue on the nose, followed by notes of mango, limon, and spiced honey on the palate. The lush finish is bright and aromatic.

Chardonnay
Golden apple, brioche, and subtle tea aromas rise from the glass, while balanced acidity brings citrus brightness and a long lemon peel finish. A clean, classic Chardonnay.

Moscato
A lightly off-dry white with aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and orange blossom. Grapefruit and citrus notes pop on the palate, supported by refreshing acidity.

2022 Sauvignon Blanc
Bright and clean, this Sauvignon Blanc bursts with grapefruit, key lime, gooseberry, and a touch of spice. Its vibrant acidity and full mouthfeel make it a standout in the Arizona wine scene.

2022 Viognier
Fresh and fragrant with honeysuckle and lychee on the nose. On the palate, you’ll find lemon curd, honey, and pears with a crisp finish that balances richness and refreshment.

Southwest Artist
One of Oak Creek’s most unique whites, this wine is aged six months in a tequila barrel. Notes of candied apricot, pear, cashew, and almond emerge, finishing with a subtle tequila essence. Velvety, smooth, and daring.

Classic Reds

The Fire
This signature blend is rich and smoky, with aromas of charred blackberry pie, vanilla, and cherry. Full-bodied and mouth-coating, it delivers bold blackberry, spice, and oak with a lasting finish.

Zinfandel

Notes of tea, dried cherries, and white pepper give this Zinfandel a refined character. The palate is light but structured, with hints of peppery black fruit and smooth tannins.

Embers
Bold and smooth, Embers features spiced rhubarb and black fruit on the nose, followed by fresh berries, vanilla, and a hint of oak. A slightly smoky undertone gives this red its name.

Arizona Lady Red
A Cabernet Sauvignon full of energy, this wine features a powerful nose of pepper, currant, plum, and graphite. On the palate, blackberries and dried currant are carried by firm tannins and earthy depth.

2022 Estate Barbera
Lively and bright, this wine opens with aromas of dried red fruit, forest floor, and vanilla. The palate bursts with tart cherry, strawberry, and spice, anchored by beautiful acidity.

2022 Select Tempranillo
With aromas of plum, violet, and baking spice, this Tempranillo offers bright raspberry and dried strawberry notes. A touch of oak adds warmth and depth on the finish.

2022 Select Syrah
Aromatic and full-bodied, this Syrah layers boysenberry, violets, and baking spice over a foundation of black cherry and vanilla. The finish lingers with rich plum and subtle oak.

2022 Select Malbec
Dark, spicy, and smooth. Aromas of violet, tobacco, clove, and dried raspberry lead into a velvety blend of baking spice, plum, and black fruit. A medium-length finish wraps it all together.

Le Chasseur (2021)
A blend of Graciano and Malbec, this bold red offers aromas of raspberry, currant, and pepper with a rustic flair. The long finish of leather, dried fruit, and oak is pure elegance.

2022 Select Petite Syrah
Bold and structured, this Petite Syrah delivers floral notes, dark berries, and spice. The palate balances bright cranberry, currant, and plum with soft tannins and a hint of graham cracker.

2022 Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrah
Complex and luxurious, this wine leads with cherry, plum, and cigar box aromas. Rich bourbon notes enhance the flavors of pepper, vanilla, and smoky oak on the finish—a perfect fireside sipper.

Select Cabernet Sauvignon (2021)

Crafted from Oak Creek’s “The Fire” red blend, this dessert wine transforms into a luscious experience of berry pie, baking spice, and velvety sweetness. Available by the 500ml bottle or as a 3oz glass pour. Want to taste first? A 1oz pour is just $3, and waived with the purchase of a bottle.
