Members receive 30 percent off bottle prices at release. For pick up, you will choose 6 bottles, four times per year. For delivery, you will choose 8 bottles, three times per year. All other purchases receive a generous 25 percent discount.

Understanding Pick Up and Delivery Options

For pick up members, wine club release orders are placed in February for Q1, April for Q2, September for Q3, and November for Q4. Payments are processed two weeks following order placement. Wine selections in your release are guaranteed for two months after the release date. After that period, specific wines may no longer be available. If a wine becomes unavailable, the value you paid does not expire and will be applied as a credit toward wines that are available when you come to pick up.

For delivery members, release orders are placed in February, April, and November, with payments processed two weeks after order placement. Once the order is placed, you have two weeks to make updates to your wine selections. After payments are processed, changes can no longer be made. Shipping is subject to temperature considerations, and any holds on shipments follow UPS shipping recommendations to protect the quality of the wine.

For both pick-up and delivery members, the two-week window to update selections applies once the order is placed. This ensures clarity and consistency for all members.

Membership commitment is for one year with automatic renewal. Early cancellation is subject to a fifty-dollar fee, which helps support the planning and preparation that goes into each release.
